Shipping process

  • You will receive an email receipt from the payment provider confirming that payment has been made.
  • Orders will be shipped within 24hrs of receiving payment. Delivery will be by courier or Royal Mail.
  • We will notify you when your order has shipped. Please call if your products don't arrive within 3-4 working days of this email.

Pick-up orders

You can choose to collect your order in person if you want your products faster, just select the appropriate option on the basket page when you are paying for your products.

We are Lynne and Martin Congreve. We started with Herbalife in Woking, Surrey in 1999. We were looking for a better lifestyle; Martin was fed up commuting from Woking to London and Lynne wanted to work from home for her daughters. We both lost weight on the products and have kept it off since. Lynne's Story. We started on a part-time basis, but have been doing this on full-time basis since 2000.
